  1. Acknowledgment of Order Completion: By submitting the order form, I understand and acknowledge that my order is not considered complete until I receive a confirmation email from the Barong Babe team. The confirmation email will serve as the official notification of order acceptance.

  2. Deposit Submission: Upon receiving my confirmation email, I agree to promptly submit a deposit payment equivalent to 50% of the total order value. The deposit payment serves as a commitment to secure my order and initiate the production process.

  3. Remaining Balance Payment: I further agree and acknowledge that the remaining balance of my order will be due and payable once I receive the final invoiced receipt from Barong Babe. I am responsible for any shipping cost associated with my order. The final invoiced receipt will reflect the remaining amount to be paid after deducting the deposit already submitted.

  4. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via the accepted payment methods specified by Barong Babe, including but not limited to credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other approved forms of payment. The specific payment instructions and details will be provided in the confirmation email and final invoiced receipt.

  5. Order Fulfillment: Barong Babe will proceed with the fulfillment of the order upon receipt of the deposit payment. The estimated processing timeline will be communicated in the confirmation email, taking into account the complexity of the order and any other relevant factors.

  6. Order Cancellation or Modifications: In the event that I need to cancel or modify my order, I understand that I must notify Barong Babe as soon as possible. Any cancellation or modification requests will be subject to the policies and terms outlined by Barong Babe, which may include potential fees or limitations based on the stage of order processing.

  7. Communication and Customer Support: I acknowledge that clear and timely communication is crucial for a successful order process. Therefore, I agree to promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for information from Barong Babe to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.

Shipping + Processing Time Policy

Shipping:

  1. All customers are responsible for all shipping cost associated with their order. We currently offer shipping to the US continent only. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

  2. All shipments are sent via standard USPS mail.

  3. Please note that we are located in Oahu, Hawaii. Due to our location, the minimum shipping time to the US continent is at least 3 days.

Processing Time:

  1. At Barong Babe, we are a one-woman show. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we process your order.

  2. Our processing time may vary depending on the volume of orders received, but we strive to process and prepare your order for shipment within 2-3 business days.

  3. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

 

Order Tracking:

  1. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment.

 

Delivery Time:

  1. The total delivery time for your order consists of the processing time and the shipping time.

  2. As mentioned earlier, shipping time to the US continent is at least 3 days from our location in Oahu.

  3. Please keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays, may occasionally impact the delivery time.

Return & Refund Policy

At Barong Babe, we strive to provide you with exceptional quality Filipinianas and Barongs. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or exchange is necessary. Please review our policy below:

 

Refunds:

  1. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We encourage you to contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss the reason for your refund request.

  2. If a refund is approved, the item(s) must be returned and received by the Barong Babe team before the refund can be issued.

  3. Please note that the individual is responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning the item(s).

  4. The returned item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.

 

Exchanges:

  1. Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange process.

  2. Please note that the individual is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the return shipping of the original item(s) and the shipment of the exchanged item(s).

  3. The exchanged item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.

 

General Conditions:

  1. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item(s) returned do not meet the above-mentioned criteria.

  2. In the event of a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  3. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of receiving the returned item(s) for our team to process your refund or exchange.

  4. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
